3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, item removal, loan approval, funding amount, or financial outcome. Individual results vary based on factors outside our control.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer our systems, use the Platform for illegal purposes, or upload content you do not have the right to share.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, templates, and tools on the Platform are owned by Credit Fetish™ and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Fetish™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
